Foam Products

Many Onenes pillows and sleep accessories contain foam or memory foam components. Unless the instructions for your specific product state otherwise:

  • Do not machine wash the foam core.
  • Do not immerse or soak the foam core in water.
  • Keep foam products away from open flames, direct sources of heat and excessively high temperatures.
  • Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals or bleach on the foam unless specifically permitted by the care instructions.
  • Keep the foam in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment.
  • If the product arrives compressed, allow it to expand fully before normal use.

If spot cleaning is permitted, follow the instructions supplied with the individual product and allow it to dry completely before use.

Removable Covers

Selected Onenes products include removable covers that may be machine washable.

Before washing a cover:

  • Remove it from the foam core where applicable.
  • Check the sewn-in care label.
  • Follow the recommended washing and drying instructions.
  • Make sure the cover is completely dry before placing it back on the product.

Do not assume that a removable cover is machine washable unless the care label or product instructions confirm this.

Compressed Products

Certain Onenes foam products may be compressed or vacuum-packed to make shipping more efficient.

After unpacking, place the product in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area. Where specified on the relevant product page, allow approximately 24–48 hours for the foam to expand and regain its intended shape and dimensions.

Expansion times can vary depending on the product and surrounding conditions.

Inspect Your Product Before Use

We recommend inspecting your Onenes product when it arrives and periodically during normal use.

Stop using the product if you notice:

  • Significant tearing, splitting or deterioration of the foam.
  • Internal filling or foam becoming exposed.
  • A damaged zipper, seam, cover or other component that affects normal use.
